Established and growing company is seeking a dynamic, professional and outgoing individual to help lease at both our 140 and 95 unit apartment communities. If you have a positive “can do” attitude, are energetic, and have a great phone presence, we are looking for you. Job duties may include:
• Attracting and retaining tenants
• Assisting in drawing leases
• Showing apartments to prospective tenants
• Following up with prospective tenants
• Executing marketing campaigns
• Complying with housing laws
• Other various leasing-related tasks as assigned by the company
Leasing and Yardi experience is helpful and preferred. However, applicants with customer service, sales, and marketing backgrounds will also be considered.
