Bilingual English/Spanish leasing and marketing consultant is needed to join our team marketing and floating between two apartment communities in North Austin to lease. The primary role of the marketing and leasing consultant is to market, tour and showcase our apartment homes, provide legendary customer service, generate traffic, and execute leases! We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual with exceptional grassroots marketing initiatives and outstanding sales abilities. One must be creative, hard working, intelligent, analytical, organized, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Please submit resume for review. Apartment Leasing Agent (South Austin)
Established and growing company is seeking a dynamic, professional and outgoing individual to help lease at both our 132 and 90 unit apartment communities. If you have a positive “can do” attitude, are energetic, and have a great phone presence, we are looking for you. Job duties may include:
• Attracting and retaining tenants
• Assisting in drawing leases
• Showing apartments to prospective tenants
• Following up with prospective tenants
• Executing marketing campaigns
• Complying with housing laws
• Other various leasing-related tasks as assigned by the company
Leasing and Yardi experience is helpful and preferred. However, applicants with customer service, sales, and marketing backgrounds will also be considered.
