We’re continuing to share the newest apartment complexes in town as part of our Spotlight Series. This week it’s The Mont.
It’s located at 2405 Montopolis Dr which gives you quick access to lots of fun stuff. You’ll have a P. Terry’s and 1618 Asian Fusion and many other restaurants near by. You’ll also have Emo’s and some ax throwing readily accessible, if you’re into those sort of things. And for everything else you can hop onto 71 to get anywhere else into town real quick.
The Mont has all the community features that you would expect but it also has a lot of interesting features that I don’t believe I’ve ever seen before. It has a pool, more resort style, and a place to tan. But it also has a courtyard with Cornhole to play. Of course, it has a gym with different cardio options and some weights, but they also have a yoga studio available. They also have a Business Center with wifi like most places. They also have a Game Room and Lounge which is a nice feature that is rare. This is also the second place I’m aware of that has car charging stations. It’s one of the few places I know that has a dog park. The two features they have that I have never seen before is a Community Garden and a Zen Garden. I think that is very cool.
It’s a similar story when it comes to the individual units. It has all the things you’d expect from a new luxury apartment. But it also has a lot of unique upgrade opportunities. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Select units even have full kitchen islands. The bathrooms can have dual vanity sinks. There are linen and coat closets in the units and many have built-in shelving as well. It has wood flooring and carpet in bedrooms and the closet. Along with the carpet, the closets are walk in with shoe shelving. What I was surprised to see was that each unit has it’s own balcony with surprisingly scenic views.
It looks to be a great place for the first residents to get here. Right now there is no application or administrative fees. It’s also half off on deposit and a free month. You can take hard hat tours on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
